        Terrible service, and student unfriendly! The owner Mya Patel was very rude and accusatory when I had the necessary documents for a prescription refund. Unhelpful staff and consistently bad encounters with them. DO NOT GO! Reporting the incident to head office.

        Absolutely awful service! Asked for one product was given another. I repeatedly asked and made sure I was buying the correct product and the lady at the till reassured me, however she didnt let me see the product fully until I paid for it. When I walked outside I noticed it was the wrong product. When it came to returning the product she said there was a no return policy. This is absolutely awful as this is her fault. She was so quick to scan it and make money however isnt able to return it. She also claimed she was the manager this is a awful chemist! Also a lady in-front of me asked for a ear medication and the so called manager said they didnt have it until the poor lady literally had to point at it. How embarrassing! Know your products for Christ sake! And you claim youre a manager. Do better UNIVERSITY OF KENT
