Car went into limp mode in Nov 22, advised peugoet had to deal with the error codes, i was advised first appt availability was in Feb 23. Luckily I then got a cancellation appt so only had to wait 3 weeks in the end! Got car back and it went straight into limp mode again with same error codes. Took car back and was seen the following day. Car went Into limp mode again in Feb 23 but was advised as mechanic had cleared the codes (which were still the same codes) they were not able to guarantee they could fix the issue Car goes into limp mode again in March 23 and given an appt in May 23 (aplogised for the two month wait and agrees this is unacceptable) It's fair to say, I will be trading my peugoet for another car. It says alot went the staff say the waiting times are unacceptable I've gone 3 months with no car, 1000 short and still the problem is not fixed (3 mechanics have advised me only peugoet can fix the error codes)

Small issue with my leased boxer van today, in all sorted within an hour, lad on the desk very helpful as was the mechanic, end of the day i haven't lost any days work due to this quick service, many thanks

Would highly recommend this dealership to anybody. 5 star service throughout and absolutely thrilled with the Volvo I bought off them recently. Dan the Salesperson was first class no pressure applied and was a joy to deal with.
