Kerry is a completely brilliant PT - she's calm, motivating, supportive and very skilful at getting the best from you. She tailors workouts to suit and stretch you and tells you how and why she's doing it along the way. 100% recommend!

Kerry is such a brilliant PT and has helped me lose over 35kgs. I have weekly sessions with her with my mum and she has made working out really enjoyable and fun and something to look forward to. Couldn't have asked for a better PT!

I started training with Kerry in August 2022 and it is the best decision I ever made. I have had a number of personal trainers, Kerry tops them all. She is incredible patient , supportive and engaging. She will be your biggest cheerleader. Training with Kerry has turned me into a much happier person and I am so grateful to her.

Kerry has helped me so much since we started training together in February 2020. I told her what I wanted to get out of our sessions, which was to get stronger and lose weight, and she set a plan to achieve that. Shortly after we started training together lockdown 1.0 happened, but that didn't stop us as Kerry moved to virtual and outdoor sessions (when we were allowed!). I'm so much stronger than I ever was, and I am far more confident in the gym (I would never have set foot in the weights area before), all thanks to Kerry.
