Great ramen, great service and better atmosphere

I will start off by saying that the customer service was very friendly, I would recommend this establishment in terms of customer service to anybody however the food was extremely disappointing. I ordered some food at Urban Wok Box yesterday afternoon and I was extremely dissatisfied with the food. I ordered noodles with sweet and sour sauce with chicken and a vanilla Boba tea. The sweet and sour sauce was not genuine or authentic sweet and sour sauce at all, it was watered down ketchup and vinegar, the chicken it was cooked in was very old and the noodles were cold with no flavour. The crispy chicken which was sliced over the top of the food was very tasty. The vanilla Boba tea was nice however I was confused as to why the Boba balls at the bottom were filled with jam and strawberry sauce as opposed to vanilla. It wasn't authentic east asian food however the setting is very cute and the staff are very sweet, it is just a shame about the food.

Awful My boss and I ordered a bowl of green Thai curry and noodles. I paid before I saw the food on show. The place seemed dirty and smelt greasy and the staff were unprofessional. They were handling food without any clean protective clothing or gloves. The chicken we ordered looked watery and disgusting and we soon changed our mind and asked for sweet and sour chicken. That didnt look much better and we ended up putting it in the bin. And I wont be going back here again.
