An extensive list of exercises, tools to be using to get better and really understanding my daily routine. Definite value for money, wouldn't have got to the half marathon with out it Very glad I picked this place on a whim, despite its recent establishment this place is doing just as much (if not more) than big clinics!

Black to Health are by far the best I have been to! Florence is fantastic and I trust her completely to always treat my pain and help aid recovery. Thank you so much and I will be referring others when they need to see an Osteopath.

Ray is very professional and puts you at ease. He explains why and how problems occur, which is exceptionally helpful. My pain has been greatly relieved thanks to all the manipulation and skill Ray has showed. I would totally recommend to all. Caroline Doherty
