        Such honest, caring and intelligent advice. Florence went above and beyond with advice on how to get my knee better for running. An extensive list of exercises, tools to be using to get better and really understanding my daily routine. Definite value for money, wouldn't have got to the half marathon with out it Very glad I picked this place on a whim, despite its recent establishment this place is doing just as much (if not more) than big clinics!
