Vision Express Opticians - Canterbury

Good customer care from gentleman assistant in the shop. Very disappointed with the way how my specially selected frames were handled at their lab. Frames were broken when putting in the lenses. Frames were returned to me, but manager (consulted by the assistant) said that the lenses already fitted to the broken frame had to be removed. Disappointed, as if, as a good will gesture, the lenses had been allowed to stay in, I could have used this pair of glasses as a stand by, even though the frame was a bit broken. Not sure how these lenses, especially prescribed for me, could be reused. Unfortunately, there were no other frames in the shop that would replace the broken ones, as the assistant confirmed that their range didnt include PETITE frames.

After being rejected from a different optician for what was a basic eye test. I visited the store in Canterbury. I must say from the moment I entered the staff was friendly and supportive of my needs. They helped with style and type of glasses that would suit me. Also the lady who done the main eye test was fantastic and thorough. Come the day of my glasses collection once again the gentleman was friendly and made sure I was 100% satisfied. ( which I was )

Thank you for sorting out my glasses today. Gentleman did both pairs and fitted them perfectly. Will be visiting you instead of the Westwood cross branch (That vision express branch is terrible), you have a much better service and level of care to your customers.

Absolutely fabulous customer care and attention. I went into Vision Express after a less than helpful experience with another opticians in Canterbury! Ana listened to what I was looking for, advised on possible choices and then helped me pick out a pair that matched my face and personality! Im waiting for my order to come through, so Im hoping all will be well. But so far, I would definitely recommend Vision Express as helpful, caring and knowledgeable.

You had me at hello Literally! Before stopping in I had actually walked into two other places on my way down Main Street. No one, in either place, looked up, nor asked after my needs. Thats my cue for a quick U-turn. Im determined to only give my business to businesses that care enough to show that they want me to spend money with them. Thanks to Lee up front, and Olivia the optometrist, my experience from start to finish will keep me loyal. Got my two fab new pairs and some contacts on the way Thanks Vision Express!
