        Pretty damn poor sold me glasses previously on the basis lenses could be changed....... they wouldnt change them. Paid into biggs plan for 3 plus years only be told im not a member! 2 whole years paying in during covid when the shop wasnt even open, couldnt access an optician if i wanted to , very disapointing. Canterbury branch only open 1 wk day not entirely accessible. Good bye biggs hello next independent
