Both of my children have attended this nursery, my daughter back when it was Asquith and now my son attends Bright Horizons. Both started as babies, with my daughter going through to preschool (my son is now in toddlers). Ive had an excellent experience in the main. The staff have mainly been fantastic with standout care from Lisa, Jane, Claire, Anita and Tara (to name a few). The facilities are clean and well maintained, with the garden area previously needing some attention but lately looking much smarter. Another notable positive is that now nappies, wipes, formula, barrier cream and sun cream is provided by the nursery (previously they had to be supplied by parents). My biggest gripe is the huge increase in fees over the last few years. I now pay over 150 a month more than I did for the same number of sessions when my daughter attended. This is in the region of a 25% increase which seems too high. I might be being cynical but it seems that the discount we now receive through the tax free childcare scheme has perhaps been used as a mechanism to increase fees so much. In summary I have been very happy with the quality of care my children have received (in the main) and whilst the costs are difficult to manage at times, my kids have both loved it so much there that feels like it is worth it.
