Fantastic service from the staff at Canterbury Shopmobility. Despite their restricted working hours from Wednesday to Saturday I received a fantastic response and assistance from everyone concerned during my visit to Canterbury outside of these working days. After my initial contact on a Monday by email I was promptly advised that I would be contacted early on Wednesday to arrange my scooter hire for my stay. A local Taxi driver named Jim collected my scooter on a Saturday and delivered it to my hotel Hampton by Hilton where staff stored my scooter overnight until my arrival on the following Sunday afternoon when the scooter was presented to me at the Hampton by Hilton reception. I was able to take my scooter by lift to an assisted room on the 4th floor where there was an abundance of room to store the scooter. On the Wednesday morning I returned the scooter to the 2nd level of Whitefriars car park where I had parked my car for the duration. Congratulations to everyone involved from the Shopmobility staff, taxi Jim and reception staff at the Hampton by Hilton hotel, you should all receive a pat on the back for a gold star service. My wife and I had a wonderful few days. It's good to know there are still people around who care. I can't commend you highly enough!

Great asset for Canterbury the staff are always so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The prices are really good with the first class service from the staff makes going to Canterbury most enjoyable.

Shop Mobility, based at The Whitefriars multistorey car park, offer help to anyone who needs a hand getting around the shops. Excellent service.
