Very friendly and helpful staff. We brought in a Samsung A5 with a problematic new SIM card. Staff found that the problem was not the card but the phone itself. Offered us various options but advised that all would be expensive and success not guaranteed. Their honesty saved us a pile of money. All for no charge. Thanks folks!

Great fair straight lad don't go to other shops in Canterbury as they lie and I don't trust them .other shops lied about my phone but I came here and bang 20 later sorted

I replacement my ipad screen 110. After a few days it has a black line on screen. I just come back and need a respon from them but they always said my manager not here and come back another day. But when i make that more seriouis the staff call for manager to say something then manager go down from up stair. That is so funny :)) they not warranty and give back to me my ipad with another break on left side. Then they said that is my fail if i want to fix it. I need to pay 110 again Money not a problem but their behave so embarrassed where they come from. Not professional. Lie. Its be closing down soon. Regret thinking they are great people.
