        Ive always really liked this shop. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. However, I was surprised on my recent visit by the high prices of many of the items. I saw lots of items I liked but ended up buying one thing because the remaining items seemed too expensive. I did a quick online search for a pair of boots I liked the look of and found them for less than half the marked price in this shop. Id have much rather purchased them knowing the money was going to a good cause but I just wasnt able to. If someone can explain the pricing process, Id really appreciate it.

        Very friendly volunteers. I was very pleased, when I made a suggestion saying the earring's were hard to look at due to how they were displayed. The volunteer actually listened to my point and didn't make me feel invalidate. Which I have experienced in other shop's, when I have bought a issue up. Listening to your customers is so important and it was done just right

        This british heart foundation is always nice to browse during a visit to the city center. The staff are always friendly and polite. The shop can get busy at times due to the small space, however this has been addressed by only allowing a few people in at a time.
