I am very happy with my car purchase and the service that I received. Very knowledgeable and honest. A small dealer but highly recommended.

Do not buy at any cost, this is the worst seller i have ever come across. The car we bought from them in July 2017, was an absolute drama from day one. It broke down on the way home on the M25, i immediately called the garage. When he answered he said "bring the car back, and we will fix it." The next day they ignored all of my calls and emails. I ended up with a 1200 bill for the repair. Simply money i do not have. When i finally got hold of Dean, after using my wifes phone, he had the audacity to laugh at me and say"I'll see you in court." Now i have no choice but to take them to the small claims court. NOT HAPPY.

Bought a car from these guys in june and it has been a total disaster and is dangerous as the wipers and all of the electrics have stopped working including the speedo,So it is imposibble to drive,We have contacted them to fix the car but they keep making up excuses and have now blocked my number,I have contacted trading standards and will be taking legal action,They have ignored my emails and we have sent a letter by recorded delivery,This has had a big impact on my family and i have had to rent a car,You have been warned,Go to a larger independent dealer not someone without any premises and sells from there drive.

**Dean has responded to this review with a lovely story that I have crashed my car whilst drunk driving and am trying to make him pay the repairs. Why would he be supposedly booking it into a garage for me and giving me such "excellent customer service" if I'd crashed it drunk driving??! Obviously he can concoct whatever stories he wants; funny but sadly not a surprising tactic. The truth is; if I were trying to make him pay for a criminal act, why would I go to the lengths of writing a review on google to warn others from getting into the same predicament as me? How would that help me? I have had NO CONTACT from Dean apart from catching him on an off-chance at the garage - this man cannot be trusted.** Would find it very hard to recommend Canterbury Car Centre. I bought a 4000 car three months ago and it has been in and out of the garage ever since. Dean has been impossible to get hold of to discuss these issues as he will not answer his phone, and is rarely at his garage, and has actually now blocked my number. Faults started appearing with this car two weeks after I bought it, and it has spent a lot of time in the garage ever since. Dean did take it to Peugeot for a diagnostic, finally, two weeks ago to work out what was wrong with it but in fact I regretted trusting him with my key at all. This is when he blocked my number - after he had my car key and I spent a week having no idea about the whereabouts of my car, or wherever or not he had actually stolen it from me and I needed to phone the police!!! I have had to drive to Canterbury Car Centre at least three times trying to catch him there, and last week when HE HAD MY CAR KEY but was refusing to answer any of my calls I had to get MY BOSS to drive me there. Dean is never there, and the other company who work on the same forecourt just told me that he is very rarely there and there's nothing they could do to help. Luckily, on an off-chance I managed to catch him there on a Saturday, speaking to a poor young lady about a car she was looking at. Obviously he tried to pretend in front of this lady that he had told me where my car was, and that he would discuss with me in private but she wanted to know the kind of man she was buying a car from... needless to say she legged it out of there in the end!! In front of this lady, I managed to get Dean to give me written confirmation that he would be paying for the repairs to my car. I will not go into the absolute circus that happened for me to get this. Now, I have phoned Peugeot and organised the work which needs doing - which I discussed with Dean on Saturday (three weeks ago) and we both agreed it was just a case of booking it into Peugeot - now, after all that, he has told Peugeot that he is not paying for the repairs. But still not answering any of my calls (I have tried from SO many different numbers, but he clearly has them all saved) and impossible to track down at his shell of a garage, how do I get my money back?? I have lost a lot of time and money in buying from this garage. I understand that faults happen; but a dealer has a LEGAL responsibility to make any reasonable repairs if they have sold a faulty car. You are putting a lot of faith and money in a stranger, which is never a good idea without reseach; I am leaving this review of my experience with this garage to inform so that people have a bit more than blind faith to go on. My experience sadly is a negative one and more importantly than the money involved, I have spent a long time without a car because Dean has not acted in a moral way and fixed my car or even responded to any of my calls or messages (any claims that he has are fictitious; it would not benefit me at all to say otherwise). ***Footnote - he has replied to other bad reviews on here stating that they are all liars or other garages trying to tarnish his name - that in itself demonstrates his disrespect for his customers. It won't let me publish photos here otherwise I would publish my paperwork and the written confirmation I have from him stating that he will pay for my repairs.
