Was able to park with my disabled mother quite close to the entrance. However the good stopped there. Waited a Long time in the queue to get a drink only to find out it was card only at the till. (they could have put signs up earlier in the queue) Then was told off for having a cigarette outside (no signs anywhere visual) Then the front seats were tiny ok I'm a big guy but looking around alot of people were struggling. (they did change my chair but most people were in by then so quite embarrassing) The antiques show was great but the Malthouse theatre was not a great venue overall. Better customer service and signage would fix the problems.
