I recently ordered a shed/ log cabin, they had trouble with the delivery company but managed to solve the issue and kept me updated throughout. Also the shed is good quality and looks great. Highly recommended.

Initially rang with a question. Got a lot of help and advice and ended up placing my order. Delivery prompt and efficient. Office and delivery staff very helpful. Thank you.

I attended Gardeners Paradise to buy two bulk bags of hardwood as they were advertised on Facebook as been in stock with prices listed. When I arrived the price was 95 , 30 more for one bulk bag of hardwood ( not kiln dried). I spoke with the staff member who was polite and he appeared embarrassed when I showed him the FB advertisement . This is not the first time that this centre has advertised products and prices that are not accurate. They have also done this when I went there to purchase bulk bags of soil. The owner has contacted me with the usual response of how they will take on board feedback. Once I fully understand and accept but three times is unacceptable and it is very obvious what the owner is trying to do. I will certainly not be going there again complete waste of time.
