Lisa and Sarah are extremely helpful. New to the UK rental market - they provided honest (and much-needed) advice and guided us through the entire process with knowledge, constant communication, professionalism and warmth. We were in good hands. A+ service all the way! Highly recommended and looking forward to working with them again.

I was told I had to move out of my flat after living there for 15 years, with three months notice; quite a frightening situation, especially in today's economic environment. But within 2 months I had found my dream home and signed my tenancy lease. I have been so impressed by the estate agent Lisa Banford's approach to helping me find a home; it has been a friendly, relaxed and an efficient experience. I also found the Finns' email alerts helpful and the website easy to use and see quickly if there's anything suitable. As a tenant, I highly recommend Finns and Lisa Bamford. *DISCRIMINATION* at it's worst, being told property not suitable for my son's (condition) Also being told (properties not suitable for you) Preventing property viewing and telling me that just because you call first dosnt mean you can view (Don't bother with property alerts then?) So glad I had calls on speaker phone as witnessed by special needs social worker and now been advised to take this to Property Ombudsman! *Awful experience*
