I got an expensive diagnostic which wasn't even definitive on what the issue was. Plus there was an unnecessary amount of waiting for that. (It took one day to do it but I had to bring my laptop 3 days prior to that, and had to wait 2 more days to pass to get it back-almost a week for work done in a day)

Excellent service. Both members of staff were helpful and professional. They offered some helpful advice as well as a few extra bits of help with my PC repair without me prompting. PC went from blue screen hell to working better than it ever has in less than 24 hours. Thoroughly recommend them and I am greatly relieved that I have now found a reliable and affordable PC repair ship in my local area. Thanks team! ***** Editing this review upon second visit as Google won't let me write a second review. yep, they are still awesome. Had a component failure and within a day and a half I had by PC back working right as rain. I also had a cheeky dialogue with them via email as they were repairing it to say "while you are in there could you also just..." because I am a terminally awkward customer. They were lovely about it, sorted out the extras I wanted in no time at all. What's even better is I started asking about graphics cards when I picked my PC up and the technician was entirely honest in saying what I was after was not something they come across very often, but took the time to talk me through some options and things to explore on my own. the guidance was really helpful, delivered in an accessible and honest way, and he clearly knew his stuff. As a result we've ordered the parts he recommended. After 2 really stress free visits, Bioteknik is now "my IT guy" for al future issues. Thanks again peeps!
