Browsing turned to shopping when I saw a good deal on a pair of jeans in their Sale rack. Time and trouble to try them on was wasted as when going to purchase, I was told the displayed price was wrong and they would need to investigate. Mistakes happen but I think you sell the product and investigate later - ie take it on the chin rather than waste your customers time and near guarantee they won't bother returning. I'd be interested in management's view
