    So pleased I choose Doree Bonner for our move, they where the first to contact us after I made enquiries with several companies, very quick to come out and do the survey, proactively rang me to see how are sale was progressing within hassling, even fitted us for in at very short notice as we only had a week from exchange to completion.The team who moved us where great they had a hard job , where very courteous and helpful, I would highly recommend. Last but not least they where the most competitive on price !

    Disgusting service. They arrived to remove items that were damaged in a house fire 2 months prior. They turned up having never informed us of the date, not even a phone call even though they claimed a call was made that morning (no call was received) meaning I had to leave work to get back - as they had bombarded my elderly vulnerable father and began removing items before I had got home to ensure the right items were being taken as we had moved various items into the specific room for storage post-fire. They say they had a list, and made me hastily sign a contents list, but I have since noticed a number of items that were removed that had not been listed, nor consented to being taken which must have been taken before I got home. They also damaged some of my property in the process. Because they turned up with no notice and took our fridge we have been left with no fridge either. Again, just a phone call the day before would have been courteous at the LEAST. This has caused great distress, and Major inconvenience. I am also worried they have taken other items without my knowledge and not recorded it since I wasnt here to oversee the start of their removal.

    Unreservedly Thumbs Up Briefly put: DoreeBonner is my first port of call when it comes to relocating. Weve been using DB services since the beginning of 2019, due to various needs of moving internationally. First, they freight my daughters piano from the UK to as far as Spore without a scratch. That was a beautiful endeavour as the piece carries sentimental value. Next, they helped us dismantle our household in the UK : part of it went into their storage facilities and part of it was sent as dedicated load to France for a year abroad. This summer, despite all the COVID-19 crisis, they came to France to pick up our effects and again, part of them went to their storage in the UK and two crates were safely, securely and seamlessly sent to Singapore where they were delivered once again without any damage whatsoever, last month. Of course, there was a small delay, understandably, considering the circumstances, but we were not in a rush this time, anyway. For now, with all sanitary concerns worldwide, we keep our UK household in their storage - four containers - and we are confident that, as long as we respect our contractual obligations, all is fine. All personnel are highly qualified, always with a can-do attitude, prices are reasonable for their quality services and explicit in invoices. Vessels can be tracked as well as the receiving agent at destination. Seriously, one is at the loss if they dont choose DoreeBonner. (and, for cat cat lovers, like us, their logo is priceless ) For the most recent job, impeccably done, I want to thank these great people: Nick YOUNG, Nikki FICE and the driver, Piotr JABLONSKI. Services: In-state moving, Interstate moving, Moving-related storage, Moving-related packing, Oversized-item moving, Local moving
