Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

Managed to find a good match to extend floor tiling which was laid about 10-15 years ago! Helpful staff.

Very disappointed in the service and communication. Ordered on the Monday with a 2 day ordering process, Thursday they called to say they couldnt get one lot of the tiles, so I said just get the ones you can. A week later I still hadnt heard anything so called up to be told they were in the shop. When I mentioned a refund they said I had to fill a form in which I assumed would be done when I went into the showroom. I literally had an hours gap to get into Canterbury so I shot in and on arrival I was told they didnt have the tiles in. Neither of the sales staff knew about the conversation I had with anyone saying they were in. They said they were waiting to hear if I still wanted to order the others (which I had already said to order the week before). Both sales staff just sat there, not one of them offered to get them ordered or offered any further help or information. So I asked for a refund. When I went to pay the internet was down so had to wait for another day for them to call me and do the refund over the phone. (I appreciate internet isnt fault). I was very disappointed that no one at any time said dont worry, we can order them now and get them in asap or I am so sorry for the mix up. Nothing productive So two weeks later I was no better off and still having to the put the tiler back.

Appalling! Avoid! Showed us a tile sample in store. We wanted to order 40m2 of it. Said they can't actually get it. 2 days later they could suddenly get it. 2 days later paid for it with the sample on the desk saying that is what we want. Tiles turn up completely wrong after failing to deliver on the date advised to add to the insult. They swear they are correct over the phone so we ask them to come to site with the sample. They come and admit tiles are completely wrong. Fail to collect them on the correct day 2 times. Send operative to load them out of the house and then say they wont be collected for days after all so we have to cover them and hope they don't go missing. 2 weeks later still not had a refund. NOT easy bathrooms more like extremely difficult bathrooms. Give us our money back you cheats!
