        Wow, so overwhelmed today when we went to pick up my watch. Ok, the watch was in for repair since last June but it had to be sent to Germany! Anyway, to cut a long story short we finally got it back today. However to reiterate this was not Hadfields fault whatsoever. Well, when we picked up the watch we also got flowers, wine and a voucher as an apology for the wait, how kind was that of them. We have shopped a lot at the jewellers but absolutely did not expect the thoughtfulness of both Allie and Dave, thank you so much. Jim GQ

        Would highly recommend. Dave helped with the design of a special bespoke ring, and Ingrid made my beautiful treasured ring. Great service with loads of experience. Would recommend Hadfields for all your jewellery needs
