Had 1 on 1s with K9 as one of my two dogs cannot stand dogs. Whilst the end product is a slow process there was immediate improvement at the time and whilst walking with said dog and he continues to improve thanks to the training he received. Intend to continue with the 1 to 1s and would have no issues recommending Lauren and Co!

Dora loves going to kindergarten, she looks out for the van every week and gets really excited so in my mind that's all that counts

This was a really sad experience for us. Our puppy is a rescue, we made crystal Clear that he was nervous, new to normal life and is very anxious of people, new places and noises etc and this was hopefully going to work out being around other pups. The taster day was us walking into a sectioned off area in a wooded part, around 15 of us all with a wide range of dogs and ages. After 5 minutes we then had to let our dogs off one by one. The dogs went mental, knocked me flying, jumping everywhere, some angry, some pups chaotic, and one particular one bit my dog on his back. I was extremely overwhelmed and so was my dog. We were told theyll be fine and to leave for 2 ish hours. I presumed, as professionals they knew best. We returned to the owner telling me our dog was aggressive and trying to escape and he could not join (understandably). He then went on to explain the my dog was so nervous and couldnt find a way out so he hid, he tried to get a lead on him by crawling down into his hiding place and my dog bit him. He said was aggressive to other dogs also. I was heartbroken. After mulling over this information I came to realise how badly this was set up and actually, they set him up to fail. I did not receive one phone call asking to collect my dog early due to his distress or that he was difficult to handle. He was probably aggressive (which he has NEVER shown signs of before) as one particular bully dog bit him! And he was bit as he was invading his safe space after he was petrified and trying to hide. This is no place for a nervous dog, the staff did not seem trained to me and they were very young and the nobody at any pint thought to contact me. Please be careful if you have a nervous dog. He has never been left since and he has regressed so much with people and dogs after this experience. I am sure I will get a response to this review to make it seem as though we were wrong somehow but absolutely visit this day care first and be aware if your dog is nervous!

My Working cocker spaniel Bear has been at day care now for nearly a month, from my first enquiry till now the service has been fantastic. I have seen such a difference in Bear in such a short period of time, to begin with Bear was very nervous to go in the van and had to be lifted by the staff member collecting him, now he waits at the window and pulls all the way to the van. The email support is also fantastic, Bear is part of our family so I like to touch base from time to time to see how hes doing, they are always happy to email back and give me an update. One of the best decisions I have made and Im sure if Bear could talk he would be telling us how much he loves it too! Thanks guys!
