recently experienced an injury whilst skiing which resulted in a ruptured ACL, Max was recommended to me by my consultant surgeon for pre-operative physio to calm the knee and re-gain some movement for an improved outcome post surgery. Max immediately put me at ease and carefully assessed my injury and began some light massage and manipulation to ease the swelling and help gain some movement in the joint. I would highly recommend Max and his team, he has a fantastic approach, kind, professional and engaging

First class. Had heard great things about Natural Order so came down from London for a second opinion on a knee injury. Left feeling reassured after a great session with Max, who listens and clearly knows his stuff. Would definitely make the trip again myself and recommend Natural Order to anyone.

I am currently experiencing hip pain and Max was the first person I thought to go to as he has been recommended so highly by many of my friends. Max genuinely cares and outside of physio sessions has been in contact with my coach to ensure that I can train around my injury and be free of pain in time for a competition in April. He was quick to pinpoint the problem with my hip and his positivity makes you feel extremely supported.

I had a pretty extreme back spasm that really changed my life in a big way where i had trouble walking and doing normal daily tasks. Having been to two previous physios via the NHS, both of which told me it would just 'go away', I had started to think I was going crazy because nobody seems to understand I was in so much pain, and all they would do was massage me for 10 minutes and tell me to come back next month. I had zero improvement in 4 months and was still in the same amount of pain, and so I decided to find my own physio. Just the first session alone, Max was far more thorough than either of the previous ones and diagnosed other issues produced as a side effect of my complicated injury that needed treating before my main injury would heal, and from that week onwards recovery started happening very quickly week on week. I wasn't going crazy and Max expertly diagnosed my issues from my first session and within a few months I am almost completely healed and back to working my physical job without constant pain. I'm really not sure what I would have done had I not found Max, he's very welcoming and professional and I would strongly recommend him to everyone. Thanks Max!
