        I required a good quality mat to sit between my office chair and the carpet, partly to protect the carpet and partly to not move whenever I move the chair. Perfect size and quality mat found and purchased. Friendly staff that don't pounce on you as soon as you enter the store. Also there was a sale on, which helped.

        First time visiting Carpetright. My partner and I have recently brought our first house and had very little knowledge regarding how/what to order (other than knowing what colours we wanted) We were greeted by Phil, who walked us through everything we needed to know, step by step. Very knowledgeable and polite manner, which made choosing what we wanted a breeze. Would recommend!
