We recently just went through the process of letting through wards. I am so impressed with how easy this process was, as having experience with renting in the past this was by far the most smoothest and easiest process. Matt was very helpful and kept us up to date with the whole process, cannot thank him enough for making this whole journey smooth and quick!

Great recent experience with Matt Giblin from Ward Lettings Canterbury who recently handled the letting process for my parents. I was told by a friend who used to work in lettings that Wards are one of the better agencies. Matt was knowledgeable, highly organised and professional yet very personable, friendly and approachable. It was a smooth process.

Wards Canterbury. I would highly recommend the team at wards. We was moving into a house with wards from viewing the property with the estate agent telling us everything we needed to know about the property. After the viewing we was kept in touch with every little process of the property/move by Matthew Giblin and the team at wards our move was very smooth and stress free Thanks to everyone at wards Canterbury.
