From assessing the install and what was required during the quotation, to handling any surprises that occurred as the job progressed. Having visited a few chain stores and been unimpressed with the service and prices, I went to see Castle Street and couldnt be more delighted. Anthony and Ninette have been so helpful, even calling when they thought there would be a better colour stair tape than the one we had gone for (they were right!) Professional throughout, a great price and so accommodating when we had to delay due to building work taking longer than expected. We are so happy with the carpets!

We recently had Castle street flooring around to measure for new carpets on our stairs and landing plus the master bedroom. Anthony came over to measure the day after we contcted the shop. It was all fitted just over 2 weeks later. We also had a large rug made to our specifications which we are very happy with. The fitters were very friendly turned up exactly when they were expected and did a great job. Thoroughly recommend this company.
