        They cancelled the MOT for my car the day before it was due to go into the garage without any apology. I asked for a refund for the booking and I had to book elsewhere as their tester was on holiday! I was assured the refund would be given but it wasn't and I had to chase up. Terrible service

        My experience with this company was very poor indeed. I booked andpaid for an MOT on their website. They then rang me to postpone it for the following day. OK - understandable. I arrived the following day, 5 minutes late, then waited in a queue for 10 minutes to be served, only to be told that I had missed my slot as I was 15 minutes late. And they haven't refunded my money. They obviously do not care.

        As always the guys here pull it out of the bag when it comes to price and customer service. Used them a lot for the various 4x4s Ive owned over the years. Brakes, tyres, laser tracking etc. Thanks team.
