The service I have received from thornhill range cookers has been disappointing. I would be reluctant to use them again because we are over a year after I ordered the cooker and I have no idea if it's any good because I can't use it. I have also never had to chase anything up this much. When you are paying that much for a product you should not have to contact the manufacture this much just to get it delivered.
**UPDATE***
I have now had my range cooker in and working for 8 months, and I love it. It works really well, I have had to reset it twice, but other than that no problems at all and thrilled with it. If they can get the ordering to installation process sorted then they will be on to a winner

Thank you for your response. I am not normally one to take to social media, but when I was getting no reply to calls, texts and emails for weeks and weeks on end I felt I had no other way to turn. I apologise if you felt my comments were nasty, I was merely stating my experience. The chimney was ready 3months after the order for the range was placed and no changes have been made since so I really dont see how that is being blamed for the delay! Grahams advance on how to fit the timer was very helpful and we appreciate that advice was FOC. Seeing that our plumber installed it I am very pleased that we didnt get charged for installation. The product it great and the people are friendly I just had a (what looks like one off) bad experience.
