Waited over a year to have my case heard, was over in a flash no evidence was considered the magistrates had not even read the CAFCASS report, no order given out the other party will not do what the court says until they have it in writing ? Staff would not even open the court at 0900 had to wait until they had smoked five cigarettes and opened the court at 9:10? Discussing place staff smoke like it's going out of fashion, would not open the court at the stated time, would not even give a disabled person a seat. Bins overflowing outside & more cigarette butts outside than I have ever seen before.
