        Rooms: Rooms are very comfortable and clean Food & drinks: Only breakfast available but the centre of Canterbury is so close you can take your pick of restaurants Noteworthy details: Modern annexe to the Cathedral

        A hotel right next to the Cathedral. Entrance via a gate which closes after 9:30pm (need to ring the doorbell). Guests staying here have free entry to the Cathedral. This area is nice and feels safe. We stayed at a twin room at the second floor of the Burgate building. Breakfast included and will have to book a dining time slot when checking in.
