        Rooms: The room photos do not reflect the appalling state on arrival. No health and safety, ground floor room 10 the window does not lock and the bed is below it. The carpet stuck to our feet the bedside light has no socket. The onsuite has black mould on tiles the door was rusted all the way round. Why stay you ask, it was my friends daughters graduation. Where could we go. One resident who parks his bike in the hall outside room 10, smokes weed so we had to stand in the street at 1am because the fire alarm was going off. I am disabled and my friend has mental health issues and is very OCD. We asked for some compensation in view of this terrible experience. Apparently Kevin the owner said we had stayed in the room, so no in affect we had used the facilities. I do intend to report this establishment for false advertising, health and safety and providing us with our basic needs. Maxine
