I contacted Marc, and explained what needed to be done. He gave me a firm price and told me when he was coming to do the work. He arrived on time, looked at the work and explained what he was going to do. Everything was done in a friendly, professional manner, and left clean and tidy, the price for work was excellent too. Called after 8PM and was kindly coached through what turned out to be the simple issue of the main switch in the breaker box tripping. I had panicked with the promise of a cold night ahead as our heating is all electrical. Thank you!! Its wonderful to know that there are professionals out there who are also decent and helpful humans!

As you make your way to the work place after waiting you for 3 days at the end you tell me can't get the job done, as you haven't told your staff what was the issue so he didn't know how to fix it wasted my time and the business, you sound unprofessional from the way you handel your response to customers.
