EV Dot Charging Station

Currently charging at 11kw. One charger partially blocked by salt bin hence only 4 stars. Chargers located near exit of car park which is next to the entrance, look to your right as you enter.

Charger continually restarting, looks like it was hit by a vehicle. Been this way for at least a year. Charger isnt even listed on the appropriate apps. Looks like EV Dot have abandoned it.

Arrived, downloaded the app, both chargers broken. Useless

Did not work. It was impossible to reach the company by phone. Terrible experience and service by itself.

I stopped at this carpark which was a little further away from where I needed to be because it had chargers. When I got there, there was a car plugged into one side and I plugged into the other side. The screen was so dim I had to shade it with a t-shirt to read it and both sides had big red triangles with exclamation points in them. There was also text saying "206; charger marked unavailable please call CPO" with no number to call and no labels on the charge post at all. Also blue badge holders beware, you have to register an account, take a photo of your badge, upload it to the councils website and provide lots of personal information just to get the allowed 3 hours free parking (which is actually only 2 hrs). Poor show Canterbury council.
