        My wife has been having her teeth straightened for the last two years here as a private patient. Each and every appointment has been changed or cancelled at the last minute due to a variety of reasons, but mostly the excuse is staff sickness, which when you push them actually means staff shortage. Today was supposedly the final appointment but we thought had better check before making the long journey. SURPRISE [or rather not] the appointment is cancelled, everyone knew but failed to inform my wife. Whilst the actual treatment [when it happens] is good, the administration is a complete and utter shambles.
