Lucy is an angel, sent to Earth to help with difficult patients (like me). Im not kidding. She's wonderful. Apart from that , I would reluctantly add that Denplan is a rip off. Nice place though. Recommend it.

Been attending these for years and paying denplan, they take the money for the check ups, but dont carry out any repair work that requires doing, they just say - if you get any problems come back ! Also never seen the hygienist which your entitled to once a year for a clean, Changed dentist now and paying for the work that requires doing and the hygienist to have them cleaned.

Really poor experience. At my checkup I was not told the price of any treatments I was to book in for and did not get an answer even when I asked. For my next visit I called 5 mins before my appointment time to say I may be a few mins late as I had been caught up at work (in an NHS hospital) and was told my appointment was cancelled - even though the next patient after me had arrived and could take my slot. No understanding or flexibility shown so Ive decided not to go back. Really unpleasant vibe from the staff overall.

After continual poor service across several appointments, I will no longer be using the practice.
