OK. Well we're do i start I have had nothing but being mucked around by staff that worked within the homeless team when I finally got fed up with the phone calls and no proper answer I decided to visit in person well that's the interesting thing they only open 3days a week for a total of 4hours and you can only visit with a appointment but you are not told how to get a appointment. I in my opinion would wish anyone needing to use them to not it will save you time and a lot of stress.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional disorganised and really unhelpful. Considering they should be supporting families in need I find that they are the worst. Take weeks to make contact back which proves their lack of ability to manage and support. They seriously need to be reviewed and retrained in all areas.

East Kent are the worst, can never get to talk to a housing officer i have left numerous messages but no one ever gets back they just dont care. The complaints dept are a joke completely useless. Had major works done to our block contractor was storing flammable materials on all floors contacted the incompetent Council numerous times but no response and this was after Grenfell fire unbelievable. I still have the pics and should of gone to the papers. My partner was burnt after a Mears plumber cerified it safe no action by the incompetent Council.

Can never get through to anyone to talk to about problems as the automated phones avoid them having to speak to us.......and 2 years later nothing has changed and they refuse to help tenants with problems
