        Came in for a new phone case for my IPhone 11, the case I bought was 15, which is fine as I was willing to go big for a phone case that I would never have to replace. It was a see through one that I was looking for, the man showed me to one that looked good at the start, only for me to realise as I was leaving the shop it was too big for my phone. It was supposed to be for the 11, however I could feel my phone moving around in the case. Aswell as this, I was unable to turn on or off my phone as the button on the case was nowhere near the phones button
