        Do not order a bucket of chicken of any size for delivery via this branch of KFC. Firstly it took almost an hour to receive our food (and I know it wasn't the driver but the actual KFC branch as I was watching on the app). Secondly and more importantly, (as this is the 3rd time its happened), out of a 14 piece bucket, 10 of the pieces were legs/drumsticks! That is just not on. My understanding is that it's supposed to be mixed and yet Whitefriars has consistently sent us a majority of drumsticks the last 3 times we've ordered - this one took the absolute mick though. Surely KFC have some sort of 'formula' that the franchisees are supposed to follow for what you can expect in a bucket?

        A bit hit and miss, sometimes it's lovely clean and tidy, other times it's really is not. Sometimes the food is nice and hot and fresh other times it is definitely over held. Staff work hard

        I got wings, it came crispy and burnt with no taste, I usually have no issues but I hate how whoever made this knew it was disgusting but still sent it out. Bro if u burn ur stuff dont send it out simple as, and you have to have some talent to ruin every single wing aswell. God help u
