We used Price Lilford for a building survey on a very run down property in SE London. They were excellent at uncovering some hidden issues and Mike gave us honest advice so we could put his report into context of what were major issues and which points sounded worse than they were. Mr Lilford recently helped me with a Party Wall Act issue. I was super impressed with the speed and responsiveness to my query. Mr Lilford was able to explain the issue in a really clear and accessible manner. He offered really practical and manageable solutions that really helped my confidence in avoiding further issues. We recently used Price Lilford for a survey on our first home. Obviously buying your first home is a daunting process and you want to make sure you are buying something that is safe and doesn't have lots of issues. Mike and the whole team made sure we understood everything that would need doing on the property. I have zero building knowledge but Mike took the time to explain everything to me in a way I understood. We then felt fully confident in our property and we even managed to negotiate a bit of money off thanks to the survey provided. The survey was done promptly and thoroughly. I would have no hesitations in referring Price Lilford to anyone else.
