Never on time, cant rely on timetables

How this company will ever have 5 stars is beyond me, the buses don't show up even thought the bus app shows times of the next buses and if they're delayed instead they don't show up and disappear from the app when the so called delay time is up, they're always late which is some instances is understandable, but when they show up late and come in with other buses, the late one leaves empty leaving the other bus to board 2 bus loads of passengers in rush hour. Quite frankly there needs to be a competitor bus company because the reason they get away with terrible service is because they're the only bus company to run the area. It's terrible how they treat their paying customers, monthly passes on recurring payment so they get their money like clockwork but their services don't run like clockwork, they never respond to messages and complaints and basically making my life a misery with overcrowded buses, late/no show buses, and a Customer Service which is just shameful. If you don't have to take the buses I suggest you do not take Stagecoach.

Why bother? 2 buses in succession wont turn up and then the driver will have an atittude problem. Likely the fault of the managers however. Incompetent when apps and live updates exist.

Absolutely shockingly bad service, if I could give 0 stars I would. Ive been using the service for about 5 weeks now (I have no other possible mode of transport). The bus is late every single day without fail, I have had several times when a bus hasnt shown up, without explanation-leaving me stranded. Plus, the frequency of the buses in the evenings and weekends is dreadful-one every 1 and a half or two hours-although thats if they even turn up! Its disgraceful really.
