We called the Canterbury store for information and the phone was answered by Geraldine who was enthusiastic and extremely helpful. She promised to send us a brochure which I requested via email and I received within a matter of minutes after our call ended. We spent some time looking at the brochure and as Geraldine had been so helpful over the phone we decided to go to the store to see the wardrobes up close and personal. We were not disappointed by the welcome we received or the product knowledge which Geraldine has. Geraldine was so helpful, giving us different options to consider. It was a pleasure to be able to ask questions as well as being able to browse at our leisure. We booked a design visit with Stuart who spent time going over the different options and styles available to us, and we were able to see what the room would like using computer generated images. Excellent excellent service so far. Looking forward to the next step of our fitted furniture journey with Hammonds !
