It really makes a difference to be able to go into a shop where the staff actually know about the products they are selling and make every effort to advise based on the customers needs.         We went in looking for an ottoman bed, plus we had a budget. The guy at the desk was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Having been to other shops first I wasn't expecting to find anything or expecting such a good, non-pushy service. He found just the right thing in our price range, he went out of his way to get what we wanted from another store, and arranged delivery within our time schedule. I would definitely go here first again when looking for great service.
