        Booked through booking.com. Totally incorrect info describing accommodation. States parking is available at pilgrims it isn't. Also states if you need to cancel due to covid as long as you let them know but this is not true. I emailed and contacted through booking.com as soon as my daughter tested positive for covid 19 but all communication was ignored and instead on receiving my email, they charged my card the full amount two days prior to our stay.

        Great location, very close to the city centre. Could do with a few bits of upgrading I had a single room, the window wouldn't stay open (I stuck a cushion underneath), the TV couldn't get most channels, and the (very small) shower had nowhere to store your washing bits. But was a good price and you get what you pay for.

        Guest house was adequate and clean. The staff at the Prilgrims Hotel where we collected our key (singular) wasn't completely sure where the guest house was so we were looking for it for about 30 minutes. The first day we were there the cleaner came and did I good job cleaning but left the door unlocked. No answer on the reception calls as we wanted a remote control for out tv. Solved the problem by phoning the Priory Hotel direct but still didn't answer so left a message on an answer phone.
