After attending this salon for the past 2.5 years and being a regular customer every 4-5 weeks spending at least 100 every time I was disappointed to hear I was not prioritised for a hair appointment when they reopened after lock down. I even had an appointment booked and obviously cancelled during lock down but this was not seen as a priority. I emailed them during lockdown twice but no response. When I called to get an appointment there was no priority I had to wait 3 weeks. I was told they had no control over the 1st come 1st served online appointments. I was also informed that I could not just have a colour on my hair i had to have a cut which doubled the price. Would never go back customer loyalty should be acknowledged.

I do not recommend !! I booked a colour and one of the ladies did an awful job to my hair. I went in wanting a light balayage but came out with black roots - I have light brown hair for reference ! I don't think she understood what I was asking despite me showing her a picture. The price was so so expensive for something that I didn't like and had to get fixed at another hairdressers, which was way cheaper !
