        closed our local branch was bad enough, now have take a payment for a service and customer has complained and my account has been blocked and have to travel to next towns hsbc with i.d!?????which is at least a hour plus of my time, premier customer as well, fumming

        HSBC has one of those names you will never forget. Long to try and use this service , and will get to it. The actual architecture of the HSBC Buildings does look great so I'm sure they provide their customers with customers needs. Probably won't try here anytime soon as I have a few accounts open. Heard good reviews about the right service. Especially in London Reuben Simmons
