        Went in to us the ATM to check a payment I made the previous day on line, so did not need to go to the counter.Any way been using this branch of Halifax for over 30 years and made some very friendly,kind, patient, and charming people along the way.I always feel more than just a customer whenever I go in.         My experience in the Bank was very different from those I readabout..The two female staff whom I spoke to ,could not have been pleasanter or more helpful in locating the source of an unidentifiable debit . I had also left my card in the machine downstairs which had swallowed it ,and , because they could see I was very worried it was retrieved straight away. .
