        10am 3rd May 2023: If you want to see a bicycle you can't until "sometime early this afternoon according to the person on the till. What time that is, is anyone's guess. The message seems to be don't look at the advertised opening times for this branch. They open when they feel like it - probably better to look for a bike elsewhere rather than turn up and be sent away from an open shop

        Didnt satisfied with the communication of one staff who named Dale when we went to pick up our order. The first thing he asked where are you from, and asking our payment method, and then just ignoring us and taking another customer based on awaiting customers. Most of the time I dont care such behaviors as they might have a bad/busy day, but this case was absolutely negative. Thanks to another staff-Couldnt see his name- who did our process easily in a few minutes though.

        Ive used Halfords in Canterbury a few times now and I cant rate them highly enough. Dan in particular is always amazing when getting our car booked in/repaired asap and is a true asset to the branch/company.
