I have worked with this practice for over 3 years now. We have recently been awarded PP for a technically challenging small housing development whereby their technical knowledge and expertise was utilised to the fullest. Their skills in particular drawings, layout, conformation, block planning and spatial awareness along with total holisitic understanding of planning legislation and solutions have been some of their biggest assets to date. The new team have complimented the operation by way of stamping their own mark on the owner's practice, and are now moving into newer areas with newer technology like 3D drawings and I am looking forward to going forwards as a preferred service provider with this team\the owner. Notwithstanding, planning difficulties, there have been times which have been challenging, however, the team are excellent at working through these with their clients to a mutually beneficial solution. The team have an excellent customer focused manner and are very professional on all fronts. The value which this practice provides is better than any other practice, unlike other practices which charge xyz for additional aspects not a part of the core service, this team seek to work with their clients and keep unexpected charges to a minimum which I hope continues to set this practice apart from the remainder of the field. Finally, the owner is a typical 'old skool' expert in his field who is the sort of guy that you could depend on if need be and has such a pleasant manner that it is a joy to work with him.
