The Groom Room Whitstable

Appointment cancelled with one days notice a few months ago with no alternatives offered. Next appointment cancelled again with only 5 days notice, with next appointment not for another 2 months. Sadly the guy there is really good but the overall experience is awful.

Please be aware if you use the groom room inside the pets at home at whitstable, both of our pups ears were cut through. After not being made aware that they had cut through both of his ears we have sent many emails to the customer services at pets at home and there has still been no sufficient outcome of the situation. We have also emailed the ceo, to which we have had no response. Fortunately after a couple weeks or nursing his ears out pup is now okay.

Very disappointed with the grooming of our dog today! Used to bring him to Rebecca who was excellent. Today we asked for our dog's beard to be trimmed - it was all cut off; his crinkles on his ears to be trimmed by half - they have completely gone; and his eyebrows to be trimmed - cut right back! All his gorgeous character and individuality that we love has been removed and nothing that we requested, even though it was written down, has been respected and listened to. Sad and upset doesn't express how our family is feeling! Just relieved that it can all grow back over time.
