Drove down to London to pick the car up. Everything as expected. Graham was helpful and made sure everything was ready for the day and even waited back for a while after my journey was delayed by a few hours. Car runs great and I have no doubts that if there was anything wrong, they would help me to sort it out. I would recommend the company. Their cars are as described and at a competitive price point.

Superb company, so glad i brought my Tesla Model 3 Performance from this company in London, although i live in Derby and never viewed the carI wasnt disappointed with Graham & The Team as they talked me through the process , answered any questions, delivered the car with care and sorted the DVLA documents..

Was so disappointed to have to write this but they havent responded to 7 emails, perhaps they will receive this. My review of the experience 1. Car delivery was cancelled at the last minute on numerous occasions with various excuses. In the end they had to leave the car and post keys through door. They claim on their adverts that delivery is included in the cost within a certain radius of which I was in, but I was then told it was a chargeable option but given as a gesture of goodwill. 2. The electric car arrived without a charging cable, without the second key and without the tow bar. The cable was subsequently sent but I still have no tow bar and no second key and no response to 7 emails! 3. Within 2 weeks of ownership the 12v battery completely died and required replacement and I have discovered that the boot switch doesnt work which also requires replacement. 4. They claim on their website that all cars are prepared to a high standard and come with a 6 month warranty. Dont believe this at all. I was told that if I wanted the warranty I would have to pay extra! When received there were scuff marks on the alloys and loose bits of exterior trim which were to be fixed as part of the RAC inspection process but werent. 5. Car was advertised initially as 29K miles but had done 31K when received. It was supposedly not being used. I was happy to take this as the usual part of the used car experience but didnt expect to be completely ignored after the sale had completed. 2 months on and I still have not received the spare key nor the tow bar as promised. I have received a plethora of excuses and false promises instead. Avoid avoid avoid.
