THE OFFICIAL DUALTRON ELECTRIC SCOOTER, but if you have an issue with Dualtron scooters, they wont help, only if you buy a scooter from them including replacing tyre if you will bring the WHEEL ONLY. One and half months ago, they sold me the whole wheel, including the tyre, at the second time I did puncture the tire, they asked me to buy the entire wheel agin; otherwise, they wouldnt do anything (I do understand they wont touch scooters sold from other stores) even if its OFFICIAL, but anyway worst store ever, and I dont think its OFFICIAL as they say . Very poor service.

I left a bad review as my mood was off but the guys from dualtron have sent me links for everything I need to get my scooter up and running again which I appreciate as they took their own time to trouble shoot my issue

Went to the shop in camden. to go look at what thay have,needed some parts for my dualtron storm, and it was closed.i then called to see why it was closed,when it said it was open,and the guy that answered,was rude,and told me to make a appointment. im now putting my scooter up for sale.trying to get parts form dualtron is to much hard work.parts are all out of stock, and keep saying re stocking soon.DONE WITH DUALTRON.the shop in camdan looks like a squat,and you what me to make appointment....lol done
